1. How do Creator Credits work in GoViralReel?
Creator Credits power high-performance AI operations such as multi-language transcription, voice cloning, lip-sync rendering, and automatic viral moment clipping. Credits are transparently displayed in your top navigation bar badge and replenish automatically with active subscriptions.
2. Does GoViralReel upload my full video to the cloud?
No! GoViralReel utilizes local hardware rendering on your iPhone (Apple AVFoundation). When creating short clips or editing subtitles, only lightweight audio bytes are sent for transcription. The actual high-resolution video is cut and exported 100% locally on your device.
3. How do I connect my TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn accounts?
Open the GoViralReel app, go to Settings → Social Media Publishing, and tap Connect next to the desired platform. You will be redirected through the official OAuth login portal. Your access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) on our secure backend and never stored on device in plaintext.
4. How do I free up storage taken by exported videos?
Go to Settings & Storage → Clear Temporary Cache and tap Clear Temporary Cache. This immediately purges temporary render files, waveform data, and video slices from the app's cache sandbox.
5. How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. Open your iPhone Settings → tap your Name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → GoViralReel → Cancel Subscription.
6. How can I request full deletion of my data or custom voice models?
You can delete voice clone models directly within the Voice Library tab in Settings, or email us at support@dakshyaminfotech.store for full account data purge requests.
